Home lab and infrastructure
The small server stack behind the house and a lot of my private projects.

What it is
The home lab is a private working environment, not a public demo. It is the small server stack behind a lot of the things I run at home: storage, media, automation, agents, and self-hosted tools.
What I've set up
The core setup is Unraid running on a NUC PC at home. From there I can host a mix of Docker containers and VMs, which gives me a flexible base for the services I actually use day to day.
That includes things like Home Assistant, Plex, Hermes agents, OpenClaw agents, validator infrastructure, and the supporting services that keep those systems useful. It is not polished enterprise infrastructure; it is practical, local, and close enough that I notice quickly when something breaks.
