Personal site and launchpad

What it is

This site brings together the public pieces of my work: active projects, podcasts, practical tools, professional context, and a few personal threads that make the rest easier to understand.

The Launchpad turns the site into more than a profile. It gives the working projects, private systems, public apps, and external profiles a single place to live.

Current status

Building. The current version is intentionally content-first and low-maintenance: MDX files, build-time validation, no database, no admin panel, and no analytics scripts.
